LEGEND…GENIOUS…IDOL… When George walked out on that stage it gave me good chills. I was looking at a legend. Some people say that stars are just like us…what’s the big deal? I’m sorry but I will ALWAYS be star struck, because these people are SPECIAL…A gift from GOD… Thank you George…

This appearance on AI introduced GM to a new audience. Fortunately, people can now see and hear what a wonderful artist he is. He is so much more than “The former lead singer of Wham”. His lyrics are so much more than “Wake Me Up…..”. (Which was a fun song in the 80s). I saw him in Atlanta in July, and it was one of the best nights of my life, and he truly gave his all. For me, it was time and money very well spent.

I saw him in Berlin in Nov 2006 (cuz he wasn’t going to take 25Live to the US) and thought he phoned in the performance. Saw him in Vegas this year and he was awesome. The voice was in great shape and the entertainer was in full gear. Still my favorite singer/songwriter. Find me a more prolific singer/songwriter and I’ll eat your hat!

I think you should read the post I’m replying to precious.

Just replying in kind to be fair – if you read my original comments, they’re less aggressive.

This one was measured as a reply.

Sorry if you got the tail end.

I was so hoping Itunes would put this up for sale. What beautiful emotion. It’s better than any of the older versions of this song he’d done before. Very moving. This brings out all my emotions. So fitting for this time. Based on this I would pay to see him live. G make this a buyable video please. Many will buy it. Touched my heart and made me think. Thank you for that.

He didn’t apologise to the millions of people who he’s letting down everytime he takes the stage and puts in a lacklustre performance.

His voice is screwed and I want my money back – 15 years I waited for a chance to see him live again – paid big money for tickets and left the concert feeling mugged.

Why attack me, rather than defend him – I’ll tell you why – because he’s indefensible.

Every time he takes the stage until he sorts himself out – he should wear a mask – highway robbery!

Note he apologized at the end of the performance for his cold. When is the last time you performed with a cold or the flu? Matter of fact, what is your claim to fame? Looks like hiding behind an anonymous name and posting bullshit. You are lame and probably fat yourself.

    I do regularly.

But that’s immaterial to the point I’m making.

He’s taking the piss putting in a performance like that and quite frankly makes a mockery of a show that showcases raw talent.

So sir, go away and hide under that rock you hide beneath, with your crack pipe, your kebab and that old wrinkled copy of the eighties ‘Wham!’ magazine you’ve been coveting since you were 12.

Beautiful song and still relevant today.
I was at one of his conserts many years ago, and he sounds better live then on tape. Never misses a note and always on pitch.
Clean up your off stage act George and write something meaningfull agian. We will listen.
